- Order Processing TimeWe aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas or major sale event.

- 2 to 4 business days - Orders over 50 pounds -free delivery
- 2 to 4 business days - Orders less than 50 pounds - free delivery.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the product, your location, and courier availability.
3. Shipping Address
We currently ship within England, United Kingdom.
We do not currently ship internationally.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking is available on most orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
5. Missed or Delayed deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at contact@kangblossom.co.uk. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery fees will apply.
7. Customs, Duties & VAT
As all products are shipped from within the UK, there are no custom duties or import taxes for UK customers. VAT will be mentioned along the product whether included or not.
